New Plugin for Capturing Facebook Leads
With almost 1.5 billion monthly active users, Facebook is the world’s largest social network. By any standard, that’s a huge market, irrespective of your particular product or industry. But Facebook leads aren’t actually leads until you capture them! How do you tap into that practically limitless market and capture those leads?
Our new web-to-lead feature for Facebook automates the process and provides a great tool for sales reps (who can add hot leads to the CRM) and interested leads (who can sign up in a couple of seconds).
Agile web forms let you create online forms for capturing contact details of interested leads. Our new Facebook plugin lets you add those custom Agile Forms to your Facebook business pages. The forms show up in their own tabs, and when someone submits a form, the info is automatically pushed into Agile CRM. You can even run marketing campaigns on those new leads automatically.
How to Add a Web Form with the Facebook Plugin
- Login to your Agile Dashboard and go to Admin Settings > Integrations.
- When the Facebook widget opens, you need to link the Facebook page where you want the form to show up. If you already have an old page linked, you need to first Unlink your old page and then link the new page.
- Click Add Form to choose the form you want to link to your page. If you want a new form, you can create one before starting this process and then add that form.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
- Now if you open your Facebook page you will see your form as a separate tab on your page.
These web forms are completely customizable. You can use them for any sales and marketing needs. We hope that this new enhancement to our Facebook integration will help Agile CRM sales teams reach even higher levels of success.
PS. Most of you are already using our Agile’s Social Suite for Twitter interactions and our Chrome Extension for contact clipping on LinkedIn and Facebook. But if you haven’t tried them yet, now’s the time to fill out the social-media side of your your personalized sales enablement suite!

about 9 years agoNice work and good first step. Would love to see a deeper integration with Facebook Leads like this app that autofills their Facebook info to create a true one-click opt-in. >>> http://connectleads.io

ReplyRadhika Roy
about 9 years agoHi Chris, thanks for writing in. As of now, the Facebook Opt-Ins won't work on iOS or Android or on mobile browser, only on the web. But we have forwarded this suggestion to the development team for feedback.

about 9 years agoThis is great. Thanks guys. How do we set up an email alert (or any alert) when a form is completed?
ReplyRadhika Roy
about 9 years agoHi Brent - You can trigger a campaign on your contact when they are added to the CRM. Within the campaign use the Send Email node to send the email to yourself. Hope that helps.

about 9 years agoHi there, How can I tag users who filled a form in facebook? Thanks. Ozgur
ReplyShreyansh Surana
about 9 years agoHi Ozgur In the Form Editor, please click on the Form name, the Form properties will be shown. There is a field called “Form Tags”. Add the required Tag name here and save. Next time, when ever a contact is created through this Form, saved Tag will be added to the contact.

about 7 years agoI would like to know if we can capture the leads through ads on Facebook without being through the integration of Zapier because we are limited to 100 entries per month in the free plan and still the app is paid. Would you have a forecast to add this in-house integration to Agile CRM? Or maybe I'd have something with IFTTT or some other way to do this ... I'll wait and thank you.
