Agile is in Open Beta
After over 65 man-years of development work to create the world’s first fully-integrated sales and marketing suite, we couldn’t be more excited to announce the open beta release of Agile CRM! Sign up today to take advantage of Agile CRM – a slick CRM, powerful marketing automation platform, web analytics powerhouse and integrated social suite, all in one. We created Agile CRM to give small businesses the sales and marketing power of the Fortune 500, and we’re thrilled to share this powerful new tool with small businesses around the world. Our closed beta was launched in Techcrunch Disrupt Startup Alley.
Over 700 independent SMBs and SMEs signed up during our closed beta release. We are grateful for their extensive feedback and remarkable testimonials. We were particularly pleased by this testimonial from Nicolas of IKO Systems.
The feedback has inspired a whole range of new features and improvements. Agile CRM is now not only the first CRM to include cross-channel marketing automation, but our open beta release also features a remarkable range of click-and-play plugins and integrations with third party apps and sites, from Zendesk to Wufoo and Telephony systems such as Twilio. Don’t waste any more time or money trying to build or add on overly complicated software to address billing issues, help desk queries, or any other logistical matter. Throughout our open beta release we will be adding more plugins, including Gravity Forms, and we welcome your suggestions for other plugins and new capabilities. (And don’t forget, if you have a developer on staff, you can now develop your own custom widget in Javascript or any backend server language).
As we noted last month, we were our own first customer, developing Agile CRM after our first company, ClickDesk, took off at an unprecedented rate and we found that none of the CRMs currently on the market addressed our need for an integrated MA and CRM product.
As a small business ourselves, we understand that your time is precious. Agile saves you time and increases your revenue stream by constantly filtering leads from every imaginable source, then letting you reach out to those leads automatically, whether over Twitter or in a timely email (you can also set up automatic reminders to contact the prospect manually when the lead is hottest). Whether your main business goal right now is simply to pay closer attention to email analytics while you hone your message, or you are on the war path to exceed your sales goals through dynamic social media campaigns in response to sophisticated drill-down metrics, we’ve got you covered. And when you’re ready to expand, we’ll be there too.
Agile CRM’s tools are powerful. Yet, the interface is remarkably streamlined, with a Facebook-style timeline and drag-and-drop campaign tools. Closed beta customers have been especially fond of our support videos, which will get you started in a matter of minutes.
Sign up today for our open beta release and join us on the path to powerful simplicity!

about 7 years agoAgile CRM looks great. It has lots of awesome features including automation features I'm excited to get into. I'm curious though, is AgileCRM still in beta? I haven't been able to find any announcement that AgileCRM is out of beta. If it is when was the first non-beta published?
