New Agile CRM Chrome Extension

Chrome CRM Extension

Google Chrome is a powerful web browser for laptops, desktops, mobile phones and tablets. Chrome has become particularly popular, surpassing Microsoft’s Internet Explorer earlier this month in terms of total web browser usage, thanks to its minimalist design and growing list of useful extensions. We’re excited to share the new Agile CRM extension for Google Chrome. The free plugin includes email templates, email and link tracking, real-time notifications and contact and deal management, all from within your web browser. You can even fetch essential contact data from social media with just the click of a button.

Agile’s Chrome plugin assists with many different aspects of customer/prospect management, tracking and engagement. Let’s start with Email.

Email Templates and Tracking

When you compose a new email message or newsletter in a web-based email client in Chrome, the plugin offers helpful templates to fit your business needs. From product descriptions to product onboarding emails, Agile offers proven templates to fit your business needs. (Read more about email newsletter templates in this blog post.)

Email Templates

When you’re choosing a template, the plugin will also let you choose whether or not you want to track the email. (You can also check the ‘Track Mail’ box without choosing to use a pre-designed template). Email tracking means that you’ll know when a contact opens an email, and which links they click. Once tracking is set and the email has been sent, the plugin will automatically display real-time alerts letting you know exactly what your contacts are up to. Of course, the plugin shows notifications for opened emails and clicked links whether you sent the email using the Chrome plugin or directly from Agile.

Contact Management

In today’s world, contacts are no longer just people you interact with in the office from 9 to 5. Business owners now grow their contact lists around the clock, across media and platforms. The new Agile plugin lets you do just that. Let’s say you’re on your tablet, reading an article by or about someone in your industry. You can open the Agile plugin without leaving the webpage and search for the contact to see if they’re already in your system and, if so, find out where they are in the sales process based on tags you’ve set in the CRM.

Search Contacts

Agile is an integrated social CRM. Our Chrome plugin lets you add new contacts to your CRM account from any LinkedIn, Facebook or Gmail contact page. Just open the plugin, click ‘fetch’ to capture the contact details, and edit the contact details as you wish. The data will be sent directly to Agile CRM.

Tasks, Deals & Leads

Tasks, Deals & Leads Notifications

In addition to dynamic email and contact management, Agile’s new Chrome CRM extension gives you access to tasks, leads & deals. You can view upcoming tasks, including priority levels, from the ‘Upcoming Tasks’ tab, and you can easily add tasks, leads and deals from the ‘+Add New’ tab. This is a simple and effective way to organize your pipeline, letting you add essential tasks when they’re at the top of your mind.

We’re excited about our new Chrome extension and we can’t wait to hear how it helps your business reach the next level. For more information, check out our Chrome Extension details page, or just add the extension to Chrome today:

When I click on the link it takes me to a shopify extension, and when I search in google chrome only an app is found, no extension? Can you update link location to test?

The extension does not fetch LinkedIn information anymore, you should consider updating your marketing materials.
