Periodic Triggers in Agile CRM

Our developers are always working to save you time and help make your sales and marketing campaigns more efficient and effective. We’re pleased to announce that you can now create periodic triggers for campaigns in Agile CRM. Automatically trigger a campaign to wish your customers “happy birthday”, send personalized discounts or exclusive offers every month, send weekly news updates, launch daily onboarding emails, and more. These new periodic triggers can be easily customized to fit your specific business goals.

Period Triggers in Agile CRM

Triggered emails have tremendously higher engagement rates than most other forms of email. Why? Because timing is everything. Periodic triggers are an especially powerful engagement technique because they can “nurture” your leads, contacts, and customers for you, making sure they stay up-to-date on your product and features, and letting them know about special offers at regular intervals. For example, if E-Commerce shoppers learn to expect a special discount every month, they are more likely to make a purchase, whether today or two months from now. Periodic triggers allow you not only to reach people when they’re excited about your business but to get them excited and keep them excited about your offerings.

Period Trigger for New Signups

To add or edit a periodic trigger in Agile CRM, go to the Campaigns section of your Agile dashboard and click on ‘Manage Triggers’. Periodic triggers can be set for daily, weekly or monthly actions. As you add more and more triggers in your account, remember to give them clear names that will make sense further down the line when you’ve moved on to a new set of campaigns. Also, only use daily emails when absolutely necessary – a weekly email is usually enough!

Guys This is all great and wonderful, but to really make use of your platform, you need to give your users more triggers. Even for your top plan there are only 15; it's nuts! There are soooo many things you could do with AgileCRM and more triggers, but you have crippled your product by only allowing a handful of things to be automated. For a SaaS business with many different entry points into our lead and user flow, it destroys the ability for us to use it. I urge you to look at how you are holding your product back with the current limits you have on automation - I cannot see how limiting it helps your plan upgrades (it's put us off as even the top plan does not have enough for the things we need to do, so we're looking for a new platform now. Very frustrating). You have the makings of a great product, but you are suffocating it by not allowing companies to really leverage its power.
