Turbocharge Your Drupal Site with the Agile CRM Drupal Module
Along with WordPress, Drupal is one of the most powerful and widely used content management systems on the web today. While many people know WordPress because it is simple and easy to use, power users have long chosen Drupal for their website because it delivers strong performance and almost limitless control.
While we’ve long offered a WordPress plugin for making Agile CRM integration easy from within WordPress, we’re pleased to announce that we now also have a Drupal module for making integration equally easy from within Drupal-powered websites.
The advantages of the Agile CRM Drupal Module are many. First, it allows a simple way to integrate Agile CRM web rules and web stats with no need for coding. It also enables your Drupal-powered website to show real-time web popups for collecting more info about your visitors and get more email newsletter signups.
Further, the module helps you integrate customized web forms to create or update contacts and log subsequent web activity within Agile CRM, helps you integrate our landing pages within Drupal, and allows you to schedule bulk email campaigns for newsletters or other marketing activity with simple drag-and-drop ease.
Here’s how you add and configure the Agile CRM Drupal Module for your website.
Steps to Install Agile CRM Drupal Module
Step 1: Download the Module
Download the Agile CRM Drupal Module
Login to your Drupal admin panel and go to
“Extend”->”List”
Click on the button and you will be redirected to Install new Module Page. Upload the Agile CRM Drupal module Zip file and Click the Install Folder.
After Successfully installing the Agile CRM Module, click on the “enable newly added modules.”
You will be redirected to the Extend ->List.
You have to Enable the Module, check the Agile CRM in the list and click the Install button.
After the Agile CRM is enabled, you can see the Agile CRM Menu in the Main menu.
Step 2: Setting up Agile CRM account
After clicking it, you will redirect to Setting Page. Create an Agile CRM account if you don’t have an account. Or fill the Agile CRM Settings.
After successfull configuration, it will be saved and Web rules and Web stats are Automatically Enabled.
Step 3: Setting up Form Builder and Landing Pages
After it is enabled, go to Menu and click
Manage –>Content authoring –>Text formats and editors
Agile CRM Form Builder
Under the Toolbar Configuration, there are ‘Available Buttons’ wherein you can see the Form Builder Icon -> drag the Form Builder Icon into Active toolbar.
Agile CRM Landing Pages
Under the Toolbar Configuration, there are ‘Available Buttons’ wherein you can see the Landing Page Icon -> drag the Form Builder Icon into Active toolbar.
*Filter Settings Field:
In the allowed HTML tags you should mention –
<iframe src width height frameborder>
Drag both icons and add Iframe, then click “Save Configuration”.
Adding Form Builder and Landing Page to Drupal Pages
Click on the Content in menu.
In the Body (Edit summary) you can find the Form Builder and Landing Pages Icons in the editor when you click on the icons you can see the POPUP as shown below:
Select from the drop-down menu and save the settings.
There’s arguably no better full-featured CMS than Drupal today, and no better marketing automation platform for SMBs than Agile CRM. Put Drupal and Agile CRM together, and you get even more power. Our new Agile CRM Drupal Module makes that integration easy.
