Xero Integration in Agile CRM
We are pleased to announce the new Agile CRM Xero plugin. Xero is a cloud-based accounting and payroll software that offers a streamlined interface and unlimited collaboration with your staff and advisors. With almost 300,000 users in over 100 countries, Xero is a popular QuickBooks alternative for SMBs. Agile’s new Xero integration lets small business owners track and manage payments and invoices – and view billing histories – without ever leaving the Agile CRM dashboard.
Agile’s Xero CRM plugin gives you access to essential billing information exactly when it’s most useful. Once you activate the plugin, you’re able to:
- See customer invoices on their contact detail pages in the CRM. Agile’s innovative one-page contact view gives you access to a complete view of your customers, and once you install the Xero plugin your customers’ billing histories update automatically.
- Know the status of every invoice (draft, sent, paid) and see itemized details with a simple click.
- Add new invoices quickly. Just click ‘Add Invoice’ from the Xero widget, edit the appropriate details and click ‘Approve.’
Bringing your Xero data into Agile provides numerous benefits to your sales and marketing team. A complete picture of every contact’s financial interaction with your company helps you to interact with your customers with confidence, add customers to the right campaigns and follow up as needed, and analyze how accounting trends compare with other company trends such as interaction with your app or social media.

about 9 years agoHiya, So this has existed since 2014 but it is not a two way sync. I can single button click to create a contact, which is great, but if I have to then go update the contact details I have to update both systems. How long until you deliver two way sync for contact details pls?
