Job Description
Expertise in developing responsive Web applications using HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, Bootstrap framework, SASS, SCSS.
Experience:
4-7 Years
Responsibilities:
The incumbent will work on problem reported by customers, analyse and identify root cause, deliver solution with in SLA timelines and enhance customer satisfaction, improve customer retention.
What we are looking for:
- Must have technical troubleshooting/ help desk experience
- Knowledge of cookies, cloud, cognito
- Strong communication skill for interfacing international customers - voice and non-voice
- Willing to work in shifts
- CRM, Start-up experience preferred
Education :
Graduate in any discipline
